From 06 June to 22 September 2024, MuCa hosted the exhibition “Macchine Volanti 2 – Storia ed Evoluzione della Tecnologia degli Aeromobili a Pilotaggio Remoto”.
The exhibition, curated by Susanna Ognibene, tells the story of the articulated technological evolution of drones.
Part of the exhibition is also dedicated to the Meteor company, a great local excellence. It was among the world’s first producers of radio drones, founded in Ronchi dei Legionari by MOVM Furio Lauri.
Various models of radio receivers and scanners, produced by Meteor and the Leonardo company, were exhibited for the first time.
The exhibition was held in two locations: Atrium of the Monfalcone Town Hall and MuCa – Museo della Cantieristica
